Manage my booking
To view and amend details, or cancel an existing booking, quickly and conveniently, visit Manage My Booking
Within Manage My Booking you can also request your booking confirmation email to be resent and can provide us with additional details not available when you booked.
If you amend or cancel your booking, any additional charges or refunds will be calculated based on the changes you make. An amendment fee or cancellation terms will apply within certain products.
Bookings cannot be amended or cancelled within 24 hours of the time of entry to the car park, as specified in your booking.

How often do car parking prices change?
Our car parking prices are constantly monitored to ensure that we offer the best price possible. Hence, our prices are subject to change, so please bear in mind that quotes are valid at the time of booking only. This can mean that a price you see quoted on the website one week will have changed by the following week.
Do you charge any fees in addition to the price shown?
No. The price that you see on the availability page is the total price that you pay. We do not charge any booking or credit/debit card fees.
How important is my car registration number when making a booking?
Providing your car registration number is very important as having this information helps us deliver quick and efficient service.
Entry into our car park works through automatic number plate recognition (ANPR). If we do not have your correct car registration, this can delay your entry into the car park.
How close to my departure date can I make my car parking booking?
Our car parks can be booked up to 2 hours before your arrival time at the car park. Some products must be booked further in advance. Details are given on the individual product parking information pages. The standard daily roll-up rate will apply if not booked at least 1 day before.
Can I amend my booking?
Bookings can be amended up to 24hours before travel. Bookings cannot be amended once you have entered the car park.
Can I keep my keys?
Yes, you can keep your keys.
How do I get to the airport from the car park?
Our complimentary bus will transport you to the airport from the car park – the bus runs on demand to and from the terminal commencing at 04:00 and continues until the last arriving flight.
How much does the shuttle bus cost?
The shuttle bus is a free service we provide to get you to and back from the airport.
How long does the shuttle bus take?
The bus journey takes 5-10 minutes
How often does the shuttle bus arrive?
On-demand - we ask for your flight departure and arrival times during the booking process so we can arrange for the bus to collect you at these times.
Is the shuttle bus accessible?
Yes, the shuttle bus is fully accessible with a ramp for wheelchair users and dedicated accessible spaces onboard.
Where does the shuttle bus drop you off?
The bus will drop you off on the upper forecourt, across from the terminal entrance.
Is your car park secure?
Yes, your car is secure with us we have the Police Scotland accredited Safe Parking award. With automatic number plate recognition and CCTV you can relax knowing your car is always under surveillance. You also get to keep your keys.
How do I get back to the car park?
On your return, just dial our bus using the bright pink phone at the drop-off point and we'll take you right back to your car.
Do you have a minimum stay?
Yes, a two-day minimum stay is required for pre-book customers.
Do you cater for off-shore workers?
Park and Depart is ideally suited for those traveling offshore from Aberdeen and is just a short walk from Babcock MCS helicopters. We offer car parking at just £4.40 a day for offshore workers.
Is the car park manned?
Park and Depart is manned by bus drivers and CCTV monitored 24/7.

How long do I have to be at the airport before a flight?
If you're not checking luggage, the carrier advises you to arrive at the airport at least 60 minutes before your scheduled departure time. If you're checking luggage, it's 90 minutes. For international flights, give yourself two hours, says United.
What is the latest you can arrive for a flight?
